Teamglide's Vocabulary Test evaluates an individual's ability to express his or herself and to understand others either verbally or in text . The test assesses an individual's ability to grasp both written and spoken English, as well as evaluate an individual's articulation level. Individuals who score high on this tests are more likely to express, write and understand others effectively. Ultimately, vocabulary is one of the essential aspects of aptitude and acts as a predictor of future job success as it relates to cognitive aptitude, expression and articulation. Test takers are provided with a range of questions and statements in which they are required to select the correct multiple-choice answer or asked to write their answer upon answering an open ended question.
