When Jeep announced a pickup truck, most assumed it would be a Wrangler with a cargo bed. That isn't far off, but the Gladiator is a lot more than that. Now that we've had our hands on it, we can unequivocally say that this is a very Jeep pickup in every way.
In a sweeping new provisional agreement, the European Parliament, Council, and Commission of the European Union have agreed to add a suite of 15 new safety technology requirements by 2022. The revisions to the General Safety Regulation for the EU are meant to protect passengers, pedestrians, and cyclists. The Commission estimates that the measures would save more than 25,000 lives and avoid many more serious injuries after enactment.

The 2019 Subaru Forester is completely new for this model year. Seeing a revamp from the ground up, the five-seat crossover gets more standard equipment, a better look, and a much better drive quality. Not changed is the well-vetted 2.5L four-cylinder engine that helps make the entire Subaru lineup top rated for reliability. Completely new for 2019, the all-new Honda Insight is a continuation of Honda’s first try at hybrid-electric cars. The 2019 Insight is now a regular car, though, fitting in with the others in Honda’s lineup of excellent small cars, but boosts hybrid efficiency at the same time.
Starting in early June, GMC will begin offering carbon fiber truck beds for its Sierra line of pickups. The Sierra CarbonPro will be offered with the Denali and AT4 half-ton pickups. This is the first purpose-built production carbon fiber truck bed and GMC developed a carbon fiber composite specifically for it.
Jeep wanted our first drive of their new Gladiator pickup truck to be memorable. And so it was, with one of the best off-road courses we’ve driven in a long time, where we beat the hell out of the new Jeep pickup.. and it just kept on going. Our adventure took place in central California, just outside of Sacramento, at a specially-made driving course made of rocks, mud, and sunshine. There, we drove the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon through some seriously hardcore obstacles before taking the scenic route back to the city in an Overland model.

Ford will unveil the 2020 Escape crossover at the New York Auto Show. The 2005 Escape was the first hybrid SUV in the world and now Ford plans to come back with a 2020 model that includes both a plug-in hybrid and standard hybrid-electric option. That depends on what you’re meaning by “delivery vehicles.” The world’s number one polluter right now, in transportation, is actually oceanic shipping. Model years are mostly a convention rather than an indication of anything new. Before the 1940s, most vehicles were introduced with a model name (e.g. the Ford Model A) and when they were significantly upgraded, a new model name was given to the vehicle (ala Model T).
For the 2019 model year, the best-selling Mazda CX-5 crossover adds two top-tier trim levels, the Grand Touring Reserve and the Signature. Both trim levels, which sit at the top of the CX-5’s lineup, come with a new turbocharged 2.5-liter engine and new G-Vectoring Control Plus, which add a lot of dynamism to the small crossover’s go power.

The fun little Mazda MX-5 Miata receives a few upgrades for the 2019 model year. They start with more potency in the MX-5's little four-cylinder, upgrading horsepower output and providing a higher redline. Also added is the new Retractable Fastback model with its powered hardtop and sleeker look.

The Armada is a full-sized sport utility vehicle built on a traditional body-on-frame truck-style chassis. It's capable of carrying plenty of passengers and can tow respectable loads. The 2019 Armada features a sturdy-looking exterior, a good interior experience, and unusually large cargo space. The Armada is, however, showing its age in some respects and is competing in a segment against newer rivals. Knowing that, however, the Armada retains its reputation for good looks, a powerful presence, and strong capability. It features smoother power delivery from its engine than most rivals and has an upscale appeal to its interior.
The Chrysler Pacifica was introduced as a new minivan for the market in the 2016 model year and continues to be one of our favorite choices for family hauling. The Pacifica sets bars for the segment that others must strive to meet. The Pacifica is only outsold by its cousin, the Dodge Grand Caravan, and then only because the Grand Caravan is heavily sold to fleets whereas the Pacifica is largely a consumer buy. The 2019 Chrysler Pacifica carries forward with the excellent design of the van. Its focus is on having a dynamic design, an accommodating interior, and having a broad breadth of convenience and luxury features available throughout its trims. Our experience with the Pacifica is varied, perhaps more so than with any other minivan on the market. We've driven it, ridden in it, hauled stuff in it, and even squeezed into the third row. All with good results.

Simply put, the demand is lower. The most recent survey from the Centers for Disease Control show that only about 12 percent of adults in America are full-time smokers. Automakers realized that the space could be used for extra storage, bigger drink holders (now what buyers are demanding) and so forth. So they did.
